Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the i3malaysia platform via the website i3malaysia.bio or the associated mobile application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of this platform.
By registering an account, making your first deposit, or using any services on the platform, you automatically accept these terms. Continued use of the platform after any updates to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
This platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm you meet this minimum age requirement. i3malaysia reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet the age criteria.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Creating multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, and bank account details for payment purposes. Inaccurate information may result in delays or rejection of withdrawals.
Your account password is your personal responsibility. i3malaysia is not liable for any losses arising from password disclosure or unauthorised access to your account by a third party. Please notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Prohibited Account Activities
- Sharing your account with another individual
- Using another person's account without their permission
- Registering using a false identity or another person's information
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to platform systems
- Using automated software or bots for account activity
- Abusing the platform's promotions or bonus systems
MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the i3malaysia platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2U, and CIMB Clicks.
Most deposit methods are processed instantly. The minimum deposit amount will be as stated on your account page. i3malaysia reserves the right to reject deposits from unverifiable or suspicious sources. All deposits must be made from an account registered under the same user name.
Withdrawals are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the chosen method and any required verification procedures. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Any taxes or charges levied by the bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility.
I3malaysia is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers. Processed transactions cannot be reversed except in circumstances requiring a fraud investigation. The platform reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
I3malaysia is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or service disruptions beyond the platform's control. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim. The platform does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability at all times.
I3malaysia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, suspicious activity, or conduct that is detrimental to the platform's systems. Suspended accounts will remain inaccessible until the investigation is concluded. For accounts terminated on substantiated grounds, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation.
All content on the i3malaysia platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, and interfaces — is either owned by or licensed to the platform. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or repurpose any such content without prior written permission from i3malaysia.

The i3malaysia platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment providers, game providers, and identity verification platforms. i3malaysia is not responsible for the privacy policies, security practices, or content found on those third-party platforms. I3malaysia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on this page, with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the i3malaysia platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
